McCain Mall is hosting a Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, February 29th from Noon to 4:00 p.m. in center court on the lower level.

Come get your blood pressure and BMI checked, get a flu shot, test your balance, gain fitness tips and various other helpful healthy information for you and your family.

Representatives from Baptist Health, ASH Urgent Care, UAMS, American Poison Control, 10 Fitness, JCPenney, GNC and more will be on hand.
