On Saturday, December 7, at 2:00 p.m. the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum will hold a ceremony to commemorate the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7, 1941. This year we are including a Navy retirement ceremony for a special guest, designed to express the many years of faithful and honorable service that he has devoted to our country. Due to security reasons, we are unable to release the retiree's name at this time.
The ceremony is free and open to the public. We will be closed for public tours from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. that day.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at The Riverhouse, just east of our museum at 140 Riverfront Park Drive in North Little Rock.
For additional information, please contact a staff member at 501-371-8320 or Camille Smith at 501-707-4072.
